Day 1

Weight: 206.2

Breakfast: 1 egg over easy, 1 whole wheat toast/butter.  Viso Will (Stevia)

School: 7:30 am to 9:30 am

Lunch:  Panda Express,  Mixed veggi, orange chicken Beijing Beef.  Water

Exercise: Zwift/Strava 15 mile bike ride on the rollers

Shower.

Dinner:Pizza Prosciutto and grape

Ate shit for lunch, no getting around that.  Wife wants to go out for pizza dinner tonight.  Probably wont get out of that either.
